"This is Just Exactly Like You" is a first-time novel from Drew Perry, set in North Carolina, following the ups and downs of one Jack Lang, former college teacher, owner of a mulch lot, father of autistic son Hendrick. The downs: Jack is stuck with two houses, one with a hole in it, the other across the street he doesn't need. His son is a constant source of anxiety and uncertainty. And his wife has just left him for his best friend. The ups? Mulch is selling well. And Hendrick is just as likely to be the best thing in his life.
